Our Story

Founded by Troy Kenward, Buntha represents a new generation of Aboriginal-owned businesses delivering solutions in the construction and industrial sectors.

Supported by industry-leading systems and experienced leadership, our team brings a wealth of knowledge to every project.

The Buntha name comes from the Gunggari word meaning “Pick Up” — a symbol of action, movement, and lifting potential, just like the work we do.

Our logo reflects this purpose, with the Emu footprint in the “A” representing strength, movement, and resilience — grounding our brand in both heritage and intent.

Together, these elements reflect Buntha’s mission: to honour culture, empower people, and deliver meaningful outcomes through modern industry.
